Mark Dumas

Chairman and CEO

Mark Dumas launched SPADAC in 2002 by collaborating with a Federal customer to support his consulting time for developing an advanced geospatial pattern recognition system, and he continues to provide the vision and direction for the Company. He brings 14 years of experience as a GIS professional to SPADAC, serving with firms such as Florida Power & Light (FPL), Federal Express Corporation (FedEx), and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).

Prior to founding SPADAC, Mr. Dumas served as deputy program manager at SAIC’s Hazard Assessment and Simulation Organization (HASO), being promoted to that position just four years out of college. At HASO, Mr. Dumas was recognized with an Outstanding Achievement Award, which is given to less than one percent of employees annually.

Mr. Dumas holds a BS in electrical engineering from Mississippi State University.
